These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of JourneyScore (the "Service"), operated by Fletcher Digital Limited, a company registered in Scotland, United Kingdom ("we", "us", "our").

JourneyScore is a software-as-a-service SEO and AI visibility platform that provides website scanning, AI visibility analysis, Google Search Console integration, reporting, and related features. Specific features available to you depend on your plan.
We may add, change, or remove features at any time. We will give reasonable notice of material changes where possible.
You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use the Service.

The Service is offered on free and paid plans. Current pricing and plan details are at journeyscore.io. We may change pricing for new subscribers or for renewal periods with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through Stripe. You authorise us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.
Some Service features consume credits. Credit allocations, pricing, and per-feature credit costs are described on the pricing page and inside the Service. Unused credits do not roll over between billing periods unless expressly stated.
Paid subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by law. If you cancel, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.
If payment fails, we may suspend access until payment is made. Repeated failed payments may result in account closure.
Prices are exclusive of VAT and other applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Where we are required to charge VAT, it will be added to your invoice.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

You retain all rights to the data you submit to the Service, including URLs, domains, website content you analyse, and any Google Search Console data you connect.
You grant us a limited licence to process that data solely to provide the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit any data you provide to the Service.
The Service integrates with third-party services including Google Search Console, Stripe (billing), and MailerLite (email). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of third-party services. If a third-party service changes or becomes unavailable, related features of the Service may be affected.
The Service, including all software, design, content, trademarks, and documentation, is owned by Fletcher Digital Limited or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service in accordance with these Terms and your active plan.
You may not use our name, logo, or branding without our prior written consent, except to identify JourneyScore as a service you use.
We aim to provide a reliable Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance, update features, or change the Service at any time.
Where we make material changes that adversely affect paying customers, we will give reasonable advance notice.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
SEO and AI visibility analysis produced by the Service is informational and does not guarantee any particular search ranking, traffic outcome, or business result. You are responsible for your own SEO strategy and decisions.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under UK law, including liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your infringement of any third-party rights through your use of the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts, except that we may bring proceedings against you in any jurisdiction where you are established.
If you are a consumer, nothing in this section affects your statutory rights to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect, unless the changes are required for legal or security reasons. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Entire agreement: these Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any plan-specific terms, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
